Delivery Information
A period of approximately 10 days is established for product delivery. In the case of cash-on-delivery orders, this period starts from the date on which the order is placed. Prepaid orders with proof of payment within the delivery period established when placing the order will have the same delivery period start date as that of cash-on-delivery orders. For prepaid orders without proof of payment within the delivery period established when placing the order the 10-day period shall start from when AFEX SUNS, S.A. receives reliable confirmation that said payment has been made.
The delivery period for the goods depends on the location where they are to be made available to the customer.
In the event of a delay in delivery of more than 20 days after the estimated period for receiving the product, agreed when placing the order, and providing that this delay is attributable to AFEX SUNS, S.A., the customer, by means of a prior written claim (letter, fax or e-mail), may unilaterally cancel the order and be refunded the amount paid in the case of prepayment.
The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. A subsequent change to the delivery location requested by the customer may incur additional costs on top of the purchase price, which will be charged to the buyer. The goods will be delivered to the customer via a transport company, accompanied by a delivery note which will contain information identifying the customer, the order, the amount due (for cash-on-delivery orders only) and the number of packages in the shipment.
Goods are covered against transport, loss and handling risks at all times.
If, at the time of delivery, the customer finds errors in the goods received, or if they are visibly damaged, they must note these circumstances on the delivery note and inform AFEX SUNS, S.A. in writing within 24 hours by email (eva.lopez@afex.es), via the customer service section on the website, or the company’s registered office. In any event, the customer must check that the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. Any claims made 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Goods which have not been delivered within seven working days from the time they leave the facilities of AFEX SUNS, S.A. through no fault of the seller, will be returned to them, reimbursing the amounts paid in the case of prepaid orders.
AFEX SUNS, S.A. shall supply the products offered on the website only to the Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands. Orders outside these areas cannot be processed.
