You can download these by entering the product reference number into the search engine or by accessing them via the top menu (you must enter the number into the corresponding category and subcategory). 2. If you are unable to find an answer to your query and need technical support, you must first check the status of your warranty. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the original date of purchase. The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by inappropriate use of the device, incorrect installation, or by keeping it in places unsuitable for its safe storage; breaks; software updates that have not been provided by the brand; deteriorated parts due to normal wear and tear, non-domestic or improper use, or mishandling by persons or workshops outside our company. For the warranty to be valid, it must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice or receipt showing the purchase date of the product in question. 3.
